GET TO KNOW YOUR MACHINE

A non-contact start. A clear setup.

Meet PLC65Pro: non-contact pilot arc cutting, dual-voltage input and front-panel current control. Check the air, connections and correct model manual before your first cut.

Non-contact pilot arc

The Pro series uses a pilot arc to start without touching the torch to the workpiece.

Your controls, in view.

Adjust output with the current dial. Read the digital current display and check air pressure at the front-panel gauge.

Two input voltages.

Supports 110V and 220V input. Match the machine to a correctly grounded supply and a circuit suitable for the job.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CUT

Prepare your workspace

  1. Read the safety and connection instructions. Use appropriate eye, skin and hearing protection in a ventilated work area.

  2. Confirm a suitable, grounded 110V or 220V supply. Have electrical installation questions checked by a qualified electrician.

  3. Provide a clean compressed-air supply. Check the regulator and pressure against the manual before use.

  4. Connect the torch and work clamp as instructed. Check the consumables and secure the workpiece before starting.

The air connection and regulator prepare the compressed-air supply.

An external compressed-air supply, suitable electrical circuit and personal protective equipment are needed for operation.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions before your first cut?

Do I need an air compressor?

Yes. This is an air plasma cutter and needs an external compressed-air supply. The manual specifies 50–80 PSI, with 60 PSI recommended. Use compressed air only.

Can I use 110V and 220V power?

Yes. This model supports 110V/220V input. The outlet, grounding and circuit must be suitable for the machine; have electrical installation checked by a qualified electrician when needed.

What is the difference between X and Pro?

PLC55X and PLC65X are contact-start models. PLC55Pro and PLC65Pro use a non-contact pilot arc. Match your operating method and torch setup to the correct model’s manual.

Where can I find the connection instructions?

Open the English manual below for torch assembly, front controls, air-regulator connections, safety information and troubleshooting.

How does after-sales support work?

Send your model, order details and a description of the issue. Our factory provides remote technical support. Approved returns are directed to our U.S. return location; request authorization before shipping equipment back.
