PLASMARGON limited warranty
For eligible purchases from the PLASMARGON website, inverter-module and main-board coverage lasts 3 years from delivery. Torch and torch-lead coverage lasts 1 year from delivery. Keep your order confirmation and product model information.
What is covered
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship within the stated coverage period. Normal wear parts and consumables, including electrodes, cutting tips and shield cups, are excluded from wear-related replacement.
Requesting support
Contact PLASMARGON with your model, order number, purchase channel and a description of the issue. Factory technicians provide remote support and assess the appropriate remedy. We will confirm any approved repair, replacement or return arrangements before you send equipment.
Return authorization and handling
Request authorization before shipping. Approved returns are received at our U.S. return location, and technical guidance is provided remotely by the factory. The separate 30-day return policy does not shorten an applicable warranty period.
Coverage limits and your rights
Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable power or air, improper installation, accidents or an unauthorized modification is not a manufacturing defect. A service or modification does not automatically cancel coverage for an unrelated defect. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Marketplace purchases follow the original seller’s return and refund process; contact us for product support.
