30 days from delivery

Most unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility. Opening the carton to inspect the product does not by itself remove the return window. Manufacturing defects can also be reviewed under the separate limited warranty.

Request authorization first

1. Email tonsen1682025@163.com with your order number, model and reason for return.
2. Include photos or a short video for damage, an incorrect item or an apparent fault.
3. Wait for approval and the return instructions before shipping. We provide the correct return address privately after approval.

Return shipping and packing

Our current U.S. return policy provides a prepaid label for eligible authorized returns. Keep the machine, accessories and original packaging together. Follow the approved label and packing instructions; the company contact address is not a return destination.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Contact us with the order details and evidence of the issue. Keep the packaging. Our U.S. warehouse receives authorized returns, while factory technicians provide remote troubleshooting. Do not open the machine housing or attempt internal repairs to document a fault.

Inspection and refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after the return has been received and assessed. Bank processing is separate from inspection. Original outbound shipping and partial-order returns follow the applicable order policy; contact us for the calculation before shipping.

U.S. return handling and technical support

Our U.S. warehouse can receive authorized returns. Troubleshooting and technical guidance are provided remotely by our factory. Request authorization and the correct return address before shipping. For Amazon or other marketplace purchases, use the original seller’s return and refund process.
