Orders for the U.S. store are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, subject to the item and destination. Contact us before ordering if your address needs special handling.
Processing, tracking and transit
Order processing and carrier transit are separate. Creating a shipping label does not mean that the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Transit begins with carrier acceptance; tracking may need time to show the first scan. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Check your address before ordering. For an address change, missing parcel, damage or an incorrect item, email tonsen1682025@163.com with your order number and details. Keep the packaging and take photos of damage or missing contents so we can investigate.
