PLASMA CUT / TIG / STICKChoose 520TSCPF when your projects need plasma cutting, TIG welding and Stick / MMA welding from one unit. Plan the torch and external supplies for each process.

Move between plasma cutting, TIG welding and Stick / MMA welding as the project requires, using the equipment and setup for each process.
A practical choice when a project includes both cutting and welding. The product video shows the machine connections and process controls.
Match the machine to the available electrical supply and the requirements of the selected process. Output conditions depend on the input and operating setup.
Compare CT-418 for another CUT / TIG / MMA combination. For wire-fed welding, explore the MIG / Flux-core machines.

PLAN YOUR SETUP
Check the machine label, matching instructions and supplies for your chosen process before first use.
110V / 220V dual-voltage input. Confirm the plug, circuit and electrical requirements for your exact machine. Use a suitable work area, ventilation and protective equipment.
Prepare a separate compressed-air source and suitable air hose. Use clean, dry air and the regulator setting specified for this exact model.
Prepare an appropriate argon supply, regulator / flowmeter, gas hose and welding consumables for the material. A TIG torch alone is not a complete gas setup.
Prepare suitable stick electrodes for the material and the machine settings. Stick welding does not require a shielding-gas cylinder.
This checklist helps you plan supplies. Read the model manual and follow its setup and safety instructions before use.
UNBOX WITH CONFIDENCE

Match the shipment to your selected product and current packing list. The external air source and process supplies listed here are separate preparation items.
MATCH THE TORCH, THEN THE PART
Start with the torch marking, then check the machine-end fittings and the consumable dimensions. A similar machine name alone does not confirm fit.
| Process | Torch / equipment family | What to match |
|---|---|---|
| Plasma cutting | PT31 | PT31 marking, tip / electrode dimensions, cup thread and current rating; for a complete torch, also confirm the air fitting and trigger connector. |
| TIG welding | WP-17 | WP-17 torch marking, collet / cup size, gas connection and machine connector. |
| Stick / MMA | Stick / MMA | Cable connector, holder rating and electrode size for your machine. |
Send your model, order number if available, torch marking, and clear photos of the torch head and machine-end connectors. We will help identify the matching part.
520TSCPF combines plasma cutting, TIG welding and Stick / MMA welding. Select the equipment and supplies for the process you plan to use.
Yes. Prepare an appropriate argon supply, regulator / flowmeter and gas hose, together with the torch consumables and filler material required for your job. These process supplies are separate from the listed machine kit.
Use the PT31 torch family for the cutting setup and WP-17 for the TIG setup, then match the connector, consumable dimensions and ratings to the supplied torch.
Use the model-specific support link below. Include 520TSCPF, your order number if available and a photo of the machine label so we can identify the correct instructions.
