Contact-start plasma cutting
PLC50X is a dedicated contact-start plasma cutter. It is separate from the CUT / TIG / MMA combination machines.
PLASMARGON
Contact-start air-plasma cutting for your next metalworking project.
PLAN YOUR SETUP
Bring air-plasma cutting into your garage or workshop with PLC50X. Start with the material, available power and compressed-air supply, then choose the torch and consumables for this exact machine.

PLC50X is a dedicated contact-start plasma cutter. It is separate from the CUT / TIG / MMA combination machines.
Use a suitable supply for the machine. Input voltage, outlet, breaker and cable must be checked together; dual voltage does not mean every household outlet can deliver the same cutting performance.
Front-panel current control and a torch-and-work-clamp setup keep the workflow straightforward. Prepare a suitable external compressed-air source before you begin.
Setup
Match the process, power and supplies before your first cut or weld.
Check the PLC50X nameplate and instructions for the supply voltage, plug, circuit and operating settings.
With power disconnected, fit the matching torch and work clamp. Connect a suitable clean, dry compressed-air supply.
Prepare a clean workpiece and confirm the material and thickness. Select settings from the instructions for your unit.
Use appropriate protection and ventilation. Make a test cut on scrap, then inspect the cut and consumables before continuing.
Kit & parts
Core components named in the current product listing. Confirm the selected kit and any additional accessories before ordering.
Review your selected variant and packing list for exact quantities. A compressor, shielding-gas cylinder and all process-specific accessories are not automatically included.
Match the exact PT31 torch connection and consumable dimensions. A similar model name is not proof that parts fit.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Yes. Air-plasma cutting needs an external compressed-air supply. Confirm the required flow, pressure and connection for your exact unit; a compressor is not included in the listed machine kit.
No. They are separate models. Do not reuse a PLC55X manual, operating settings or consumable list solely because both names end in X.
PLC50X is listed as a dedicated plasma cutter. For a machine that combines cutting and welding, compare the CUT / MMA or CUT / TIG / MMA models instead.
Tell us the material, thickness, available voltage and air supply before ordering. Cut quality depends on the complete setup, cutting speed and consumable condition. Confirm the specification for the exact unit rather than choosing on amperage alone.
Send PLC50X, your order number if available, and clear photos of the machine label, torch marking and connector. We will help identify the matching instructions and parts.
Dual-voltage input does not mean every outlet, adapter or extension lead is suitable. Follow the nameplate and matching instructions; have a qualified electrician check the circuit and connections when needed.
U.S. warehouse fulfillment, free U.S. shipping on orders $99+, a 30-day return window, and limited warranty coverage. Review eligibility and the full terms before ordering.
